Training continues to taper, i feel tired, and lethargic, which is how I felt at this time last year. I have a bike appt at Placid Planet tomorrow morning, my race wheels are on the new bike, and I REALLY need to get focused and organized for the big day. Not sleeping much, because I am on the go with the kids and lists of things to do all day, so my thoughts turn toward the race when I go to bed.
All body parts are fine, hydration & nutrition are a top priority all week, and the bike issues will be behind me by tomorrow afternoon. Wet suit packed, new running shoes broken in, and I think I'm almost ready to be almost ready....
