Great day in Lake Placid today. A nice short swim this morning, & an easy bike ride. All of my gear and lil' speedy (my bike), are racked in transition & ready for tomorrow. The kids spent a good portion of the day with their aunties, Nan & Pop, & some friends. I'm quite tired & heading to bed shortly, hoping for a great day tomorrow! Thank you to everyone who sent good vibes & texts, I'll carry them with me throughout the day tomorrow. I am fortunate to have so many loving and supportive family members and friends! Yip Yip!
